Fix

To fix this bug you need to enable Vsync in the game settings, and I also had to enable Vsync in the nvidia control panel. I had it set to "Use 3D application setting", but the bug is only fixed if it is set to "On".

THANK YOU for this quick fix. I researched and installed a program from online that wouldn't run properly but then I tried this and it worked instantly. Some of the collectables would have been impossible to get otherwise. Upvoted. Now to figure out that darn desert pond minikit.
