Getting S on levels
To get an S rating on the level, you need to take care of a few things. You need to:
1. Complete all primary objectives
You can view the main objectives in the lobby or in-game by holding the [TAB] key (example below) after selecting a level.

2. Complete all secondary objectives
You either need to discover the secondary objectives or remember them from previous attempts, although I will give hints for the levels below (including secondary objectives)

3. Secure all suspects
You have to surrender/incapacitate and handcuff all suspects, but remember that no suspect can die AND no officer can use unlawful force.

4. Secure all evidence
To secure all evidence you need to find the suspects' weapons and secure them. Remember that some suspects only have one weapon while others may have two. If the suspect has a second weapon, it will probably be hanging from his belt and will only fall to the ground after he is handcuffed.

Unfortunately, at the moment, it sometimes happens that a suspect's weapon will fall under the map.
The only thing you can do when playing with friends is restart the level, BUT it's worth noting that sometimes players see evidence in different places, so if you can't see the suspect's weapon, your friend may and can secure it.
If you're playing alone with bots, you can issue the "Search and Secure" command, which will allow the bots to retrieve evidence from underground.
The amount of evidence in different trials may vary.

5. Secure all civilians
U have to simply surrender and handcuff civilians.

6. Ensure no officers die
Simply no one can die, not even bots.
7. Ensure no suspects die
So NO HEADSHOTS - this is not CS!
And how not to kill any suspects? Firstly choose your weapon.

8. Ensure no unlawful use of force
You also can't shoot suspects until they aim at you, but I suggest shooting only when the suspect fires. Of course you can fire warning shots (e.g. at the ceiling), but this can have positive or negative effects (sometimes the suspect will surrender immediately, while sometimes he will not surrender and start shooting).
Fun fact: If you throw a grenade directly at anyone (which deals HP) who hasn't attacked you, it counts as unlawful use of force.
Choose your loadout
Choose your weapon
Now you have to choose what weapon you want to use. Weapons with:
Lethal Ammo
When using a weapon with lethal ammo, you have to be very careful. I suggest using single-shot mode in the weapon (can be changed with [X]) and shooting at the legs and arms. You can also shoot at the torso, but only if necessary.

Non-Lethal Ammo
There is currently one weapon in the game that has non-lethal ammunition. It is the Beanbag Shotgun. Using it, you can safely shoot suspects in the torso to stun them, but remember that multiple shots can still kill a person. And you still can't shoot them in the head.

Decide what "build" you want to use
Personally, for this challenge I recommend using:
  • Beanbag Shotgun - to make sure no one bleeds out or simply die
  • Heavy Vest - you may move slower, but you can take more bullets to the chest, and this challenge is not about rushing like terrorists in CS going to B. You have to move carefully, lean out at every corner, because remember - even the smallest mistake can cost you a repeating mission
  • CS (gas) Grenades - they are good for many targets and have a long effect, in the case of other grenades you have to rush the suspect so that he doesn't stop being stunned.
  • Gas Mask - you also have to remember to put on a gas mask when using CS grenades

Decide what "build" you want bots to use
Remember that bots don't know what you know. Bots will just shoot regardless of whether they accidentally kill someone. That's why I think there's only one way to do this challenge with bots... Give the bots a Beanbag Shotgun.
I also recommend leaving the bots a bit behind so they don't die easily, because bots sometimes move like a deer on a road in the middle of the forest at 3am.
Tips
1. Surrendering
To surrender suspects or civilians, simply shout at them using the [F] key.

2. Fighting and Movement
During a shootout or just searching through rooms, I recommend leaning out. You can do this with [Q][E] or by holding [L Alt] and leaning out with [W][S][A][D], which allows for more precise and farther leaning out.

Using [SPACE] you can point the weapon at the ground, which allows you to move faster, but you are not ready to shoot in case of an emergency.

If you have night vision goggles on, you can use them with [N].

You can see key tips in the lobby or in-game in the down left corner of the screen.

3. Guns
Everyone probably knows how to shoot, but I'll give you a few tips about weapons.
  • Click [X] - Change firing mode
  • Hold [X] - Check which firing mode is currently selected (red is selected)

  • Click [ P ] - Toggle secondary sight

  • Click [O] - Toggle canted sight

  • Click [R] - Reload
  • Hold [R] - Check magazine status (and the status of the rest of the magazines)

  • Double-click [R] - Quick reload, which throws the magazine currently in the weapon to the ground (if the magazine is empty, the weapon will always be quick reloaded)
  • Click [ I ] - Switch ammo type
  • Click [ B ] - Melee

4. Objectives
On every level you have the same repetitive objectives:
  • Bring Order to Chaos
  • Rescue all of the Civilians
  • Secure Suspects
  • Secure Civilians
  • Secure Evidences
  • No Officers Dead
That's why most of these obvious quests won't be listed under the levels in this guide.

5. Automatic level ending
If you've done everything you can, the level will end by itself. If it doesn't, it means you missed something (like not securing the suspect's weapon or a secondary objective) and you have to look for it.
