If you have started a new game and looked at the intro cinematic, you may have gotten this rerror:


So, since no one has made a guide to fix this, or even, being mentioned on the PC gaming wiki website, i decided to give the solution to everyone!

Go to the following official Nvidia PhysX link:

https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/physx/physx-9-23-1019-driver/

…and click on the “Download now” button.


This download button will take you to another link, were you click the other download button again.

Your browser will then download an EXE file, you simply follow the instructions that it gives you, its pretty easy to install.

You can download this software even if you are on an AMD card, i have tested it with my RX 570 and i havent had any problems with anything.

After you finish the instalation, i would reccomend to restart your computer just in case, but thats up to you.

When you boot up your computer again, start the game again, and now the game should work perfectly!

The only issue with this fix is that the loading screens may take a long time to load, up to like 2 to 3 minutes, but thats the only downside.

I hope this simple fix has helped you, i hope that the developers fix this issue in a future update, and that someone updates the PC gaming wiki page of this game, so that more people know the fix of this very specific issue.
