So me and bobwhite wake up, we go get breakfast
we feast, big bro vulture gets most of it. And then we sleep and then we eat all day sometimes, mom,
and the rest of the family [dad rarely joins in :c] on A game of chase

These are the days that we spend at the den site, at least one of us babysits the reward for babysitting is that mom brings back A chunk of meat so we can still get it fresh. Mom always lets us know that she's going hunting and invites everyone. Whoever joins gets to either learn how to mark territory, learn better hunting, or she leads the hunters to A already carcass

Sometimes I get jealous of the year's pups they get more food and play

In winter the teritory battles are feirce battles to the death. I was born in A litter of six and only I survived, three were lost in teritory battles the snow would be stained.

Pups got sick and died often in growing pups. But I want to tell you the time where two pups [loaf at rendevous] died of illness, it was A scary day mom had been laying by Quail and Turkey [both dead, but were alive at the time ]
the next day mom huddled up by quail. She passed away to wolf heaven in mom's paws. From one to two days later she laid down by Turkey, who was deadly ill [but thank goodness not spreadable]
and passed away in our sleep. Mom woke up to A lifeless body In her paws. She was heartbroken
