If you only care for the achievements, go straight to the save files section, or know that you would want to take care of the endings first, some other achievements will open as well.

Here I will give you important info on the game's endings:

• Good route
  
• Bad route

Good route - finish tasks correctly, speak to the cop regularly, voice your concerns, collect the photo:

• Good ending - helped James to steal and deliver the present, in reward took taser from the box under the notifications bulletin on the last day, gave the cop his taser back.
  
• True ending - either held onto the taser or didn't help James (i guess it will still trigger the good route).

Bad route - finish tasks incorrectly, don't talk to the cop unless you need to, don't collect the photo:

• Bad ending, but tased the foe: helped James and took the taser, used it.
  
• Bad ending, but escaped: escaped by the gates in the archives.
  
• The worst ending: got caught in the archives.

So as not to freeze - find all 4 items for the snowman that is right of the entrance outside:

• The nose - in the left big room with computer screens, far right corner on a table.
  
• The hand - in the snow on a sidewalk near the road on the side where police station is.
  
• The tie - on toilet doors.
  
• The hat - in the office (director's room where computer is) near the windows.

Just rumor - talk to Emily in the first day, clicking the first options will likely work.

You have been heard - Hide in the garbage can when on a patrol and you made a sound alerting the foe.

Silence is golden - When you hear strange noises in the archive after placing the box, ask who's there.

Beginner courier - Help James, agree to help him after he scares you, after sneaking out of the station, go to the black car, pick the lock, steal the present, after talking to James go to Bishops residence, place the present on the porch, ring the doorbell.

The past is the past - find all 4 pieces of the photo:

• Middle tables in the kitchen.
  
• Left side after crouching through the hole.
  
• On the coffee table near the TV.
  
• On a staircase near the garage door.

Gratitude is the best reward - Help James, get onto the Good route, get the taser and give it to the cop when you come back.
