Modern Stuff (small update!)

This mod replaces the sprites of some items in the game with modern ones (it also replaces some of the vehicles), here's all the items that were replaced:

pistol/revolver
shotgun
sniper rifle
submachine gun
assault rifle
AK-47
riot shield
baton
cellphone
lighter
sledgehammer
bandaid
needle/syringe
pills
ambulance
fire engine
troop truck
prison bus
riot van

- assault rifle (the resprite was originally the HK416, but I decided to replace it with the M4A1 because it looks better in-game imo)

I made my own cellphone so I don't have to use Devilman's modern cellphone mod anymore.
