Thats how it normally works in the base game.
You will have either a machninist or a forager, either by picking both of them, or by rng.

Gameplay wise there might be a chance that no one would have an idea for an upgraded generator before the first faction spawns, since there wouldn't be any group with either adaptation or progress.

Hello! I have this weird issue where I can't roll any third community aside from the Foragers/Machinists pair. Tried restarting the game, changing various stuff, enabling and disabling tales. I'm trying to roll Laborers and Merchants with Lords, but it just doesn't happen after more than 20 attempts.
Any reason this could happen from this mod or am I just cursed by the rng?

yup, that is the rule law tab modification to show the additional rule laws, since no one in our team had issues with that while testing, i assume a simple steam file verification should solve the problem:

In steam:
right click on fp2 / properties / installed files / verify integrity of the game files.

after that, if it still doesnt work, try to reinstall the mod again

I tried playing with this mod and it kept crashing, I resubscribed, removed all other mods and nothing seems to be working. Here's the error code if that helps:

Ahw. thanks. A hotfix incoming soon. (for game ver 1.3.1)
I'll wait for the new hotfix, to update the mod for that version. Since its probably coming soon, and it would break everything again.
