You're gonna need 2 free chord shapes for this song. On shape 1 hold your 1st (E) string on 13th fret (note F), and 2nd (B) string on 14th fret (note C#). Switch to shape 2, and set up 1st string on 15th fret (note G) and 2nd string on 13th (note C). Also you can disable unused notes so they are not accidentally played. Just click on this red circle, and these strings will become unplayable. Click anywhere on fretboard to use them again.

Start with chord 1, play Y-T-Y, quickly change chord to 2, play Y-Y-Y, return back to 1, Y-T, and again to 2, play only T. And i'll repeat everything just like how you should play this:

Maybe whole 2 chord shapes for just 1 song is too much for you, but personally i prefer to achieve a sound more similar to the original, then save some space to play more songs in wrong notes.
