3 coffee count is only tracked in a single playthrough, meaning it doesn't accumulate across multiple playthroughs and save files.

but the trick is when you have all 3 visitors and 3 rooms occupied after delivering all 3 luggage, you save the game. Then loading the save will reset stay timer and all laundry and food orders. So when you reload the save they will randomly ask for either laundry or random food including coffee, if none of 3 visitors ask for a cup of coffee after reloading, reload the save again. when they ask for coffee, serve. then "SAVE" and load the newly saved game to reset the timer and wait for coffee order again. (Make sure to have bought 3 coffee from the market and brew them ready beforehand)

this way you don't have to serve random orders that is not coffee and wait until visitors to leave in order to accept new visitors and wait another long time for them to order coffee meanwhile heavily relying on RNG.
