That's literally it, just go back to the game and hold the left mouse button for like two seconds. After that, you can go make yourself a sandwich while the dungeon clears itself. Works on primary locations too, for them you could just leave the game running and go to work while the farming continues in full efficiency mode.
Just don't forget to turn the ClickLock back off before you go play something else, in most other games its effects would be quite detrimental.
