Kill this guard with a silenced weapon when he's inside his box

• Make sure his body is not exposed to the outside camera

• Turn off the Alarms

Destroy a door window with a silenced weapon. This is so the ground floor guard can escape this way and not see us.



Destroy a garage window with a silenced weapon. This is the fastest way into the house as it doesn't require any lockpicking tools.



Destroy this window with a silenced weapon. This will distract the ground floor guard so we can run upstairs.



Quickly run upstairs and go into this room.



Inside the wardrobe is a security room keycard. Take it.



Run down into the basement and kill the guard monitoring the cameras and scan his phone.

• This whole process needs to be done swiftly to avoid getting caught.
  
• Sometimes the ground floor guard won't be distracted by the window. It's better to be safe and wait until he stands still.
  
• Now the cameras are off you're free to take your time through the rest of the level.

Lockpick into this door while the upstairs guard isn't looking. We need to do this first so we can scan the upstairs guard's phone.

• You can break the window instead but this will distract the ground floor guard and you will get caught.
  
• You can kill the upstairs guard before lockpicking this door but you have to be very fast. Would not try this unless you have the perks or better tools.
  
• (OPTIONAL) In this room (and the room with the security key card) there's about $30,000 in cash and bonds you can steal.

Kill the upstairs guard with a silenced weapon and quickly scan his phone on the room you just unlocked.



Grab the basement keycard and put it in your duffel bag.



Go down the hallway and assassinate the birthday boy with a silenced weapon.

• Immediately hand tie all the civilians. If a civilian tries to escape you can kill them but you will lose money for this.
  
• Drag the birthday boy's dead body down to the basement. Do not let the ground floor guard see the dead body.
  
• Go back upstairs and get your duffel bag with loot and the basement key card and run to the basement.

Drag the dead birthday boy's hand on the hand scanner to unlock the door.

• (OPTIONAL) The bottle of wine you see in the image can also be stolen for about $500.

Place your duffel bag on the platform with the car.



Stand on the platform and press this button to raise the loot to the ground floor.



Grab this hook and attach it to the Lamborghini.

• Make sure your duffel bag is out of the way of the car. If the car runs it over all your loot will go flying everywhere and it will be very annoying.
  
• Now you relax as we wait for the Lamborghini to be ours.
  
• (OPTIONAL) If you want to farm loud missions achievement solo, you can go back and alert the ground floor guard.
