The cell door is open. The doll can be seen peeking from corridor corners.
204 - Food moved
The canned food moved. It's on the top bed instead of the plate.

The doll is standing in the middle of its cell.
When you get close, he will rush at you.
211 - Drunk vision
When you play the gramophone, your vision will get... weird.
211 - Finger
A big finger comes out from the gramophone when you play it.
Music is different too.
216 - Wall man
A doll is camouflaged in front of a box.
218 - Monster
A monster will jumpscare you when you get close to the well.
218 - Flooding
Water will come out from the well and slowly flood the whole level.

301 - Moving arm
The doll's arm will move up and down if you don't watch it directly.
You can see it moving using the corner of your screen.
301 - Book order
The books are in the wrong order on the tables.
In order, it should be Red - Green - Blue.
301 - Doll moved
The doll is on the left side instead of the right side.
301 - New leg
The doll got its leg back.
303/305 - Stairs doll
It will rush the door and jumpscare you.
306 - Curtains closed
Curtains are closed, they should be open.
306 - Missing pillows
Pillows are missing on the couch.
306 - Displaced lamp
The lamp is in the left corner instead of the right corner.
306 - Stabby housewife
She will appear in the corner with a knife in hand.
She is harmless but will randomly appear around you saying "Come back".
306/307 - Dry floor
The water puddle is missing near the wet floor sign.

The doll is spinning on its chair.

The doll comes out from the notice door and sits on its chair.

The desk installation is inversed.

It's loud.

Try and get the apple, it's safe... probably.... no.

A doll is missing, it can be found near the entrance.

A doll is missing, it can be found near the 403-404 boxes.
503 - It's coming out
A doll tries to come out from its box.
The right corridor is blocked, you have to pass in front of it.

A can is thrown from the box.

Chasing dolls
When you play the gramophone, it won't work properly.
Lights turn off and 2 doll wills chase you.
Find the fuse and fix the breaker.
Chasing humanoid
Lights turn off and the humanoid monster will chase you.

all the lights and doors disappeared so it was all dark, i got it like 3 times in a row and it counted as an anomaly. I got it on clip can i send it to you on discord? my discord is mniebe

Nop, what was it ? You fall under the map ?
I got a bug where the chasing humanoid followed you to the next level even if you escaped it.
Should be fixed now.
