Before starting, it’s important to know that this achievement is unobtainable in the A&E version. Why? Honestly, I don’t know. However, to get it, you need to disable the A&E DLC. You can do this by going to the game’s properties and, in the button labeled "DLC Management" (or something similar), disable this DLC that makes earning the achievement difficult.




Once the game is updated, launch it as usual and go to the heart surgery. During this surgery, all you need to do is press the keys W, E, R, Space, lower the hand using the left click, and that’s it! The long-awaited achievement will now be yours.

Antes de empezar, es importante saber que este logro no se puede obtener en la versión A&E. ¿Por qué? La verdad, no lo sé. Sin embargo, para conseguirlo, hay que desactivar el DLC de A&E. Esto se hace accediendo a las propiedades del juego y, en el botón que dice "Gestión de DLC" (o algo similar), desactivamos este DLC que complica la obtención del logro.





Una vez actualizado el juego, lo iniciaremos normalmente y procederemos a la cirugía de corazón. Durante esta cirugía, simplemente debemos presionar las teclas W, E, R, Espacio, bajar la mano con el clic izquierdo, ¡y listo! Ya tendrás ese ansiado logro solo para ti.
