Coen's Townsfolk Retexture

Beskrivning
Retextures and edits of the vanilla sprites for some basic NPCs. I wanted to add some more variety, give the common NPCs a more cohesive vibe, and make the game feel a bit more like typical medieval fantasy.

All of the retextures might be changed in the future.

Includes:
- Farmer
- Miner
- Blacksmith
- Healer
- Dancer
- Maid
- Elea Citizen and Child
- Guard
- Nun
- Mercenaries (Warrior, Archer, Mage)

Requires Texture Expand to work as intended.

You can use this mod without the prerequisite, but you will miss out on some features, such as farmers and miners putting their tools away when indoors, Elea wearing hoods when outdoors, or some gender variants for NPC's that have only one sprite for both men and women.

If you only want specific retextures, you can delete all unwanted sprites in your local Steam files.

I just got back into it recently too
Really saddened that TextureExpand broke on the August 7 nightly
I might have to pick it up if no one else does, but man that would be a pain to manage while doing my PhD work XD

Probably will do. I usually make the retextures while playing Elin and seeing a sprite that stands out in a way that doesn't fit my liking.
Whenever a new update drops it means i've been on an Elin marathon ;P

Yeah I noticed that right after uploading. Fixed the typo, and made it so only male Guards carry shields. I want to give the female guards some other weapon in the future, like a halberd or a crossbow.

Hm, It might be an issue with Texture Expand. I haven't touched Elin for a while, and if sprite tile id's changed, then there might be some issues. Can't imagine any other way the textures would overlap. Also thanks!

Any tips on troubleshooting this mod having issues with other texture mods? Carbuncle Portraits and Melilith Texture Expand seem to conflict, Melilith and Carbuncle would randomly turn into farmer. Tried changing the loading order as well. Super cute mod!
