Since the latest SteamVR updates, several errors have arisen to be able to play Dirt in VR from flickering, game that does not open, licenses not found, etc.

This is a compilation of fixes that I have found on the web, and that with trial and error (many tests)
This works for me.

Install
OCULUS FILES
If you don't have an Oculus headset, you don't need to download the Oculus app.
I use WMR, and I already downloaded it, and copied the necessary files.
After that Uninstalled, and no issues here.

Just download them, and copy them to Dirt Rally Steam folder
Generally : (Your Drive\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\DiRT Rally)

STEAM VR/Revive Taskbar
* Start Steam VR

* You will see a new icon in your taskbar (REVIVE),
* Right click on it.
* Select Patch
* Locate the folder where you have DiRT installed
* Apply the patch to the drt.exe executable
* Now same procedure but now with Inject (on revive taskbar)
FLICKER FIX

After the latest Steam VR updates, it is impossible to define theater mode for VR by app.
This caused many problems, one of them being flicker in images in some games, such as Dirt Rally.
Copy/paste and replace this file, in the same Dirt Rally installation folder
