The FEVE 2900 Series (also known as Renfe's 529 Series) is a narrow-gauge motor vehicle model used in Spain since 2010. Initially, the company awarded a consortium led by CAF the contract to build twelve diesel-hydraulic traction units, derived from the 2700 Series, with the contract being signed in the summer of 2009.
