The most difficult achievements are to upgrade your characters since it takes an immense amount of resources. Since you don't need to upgrade ALL of them, "just" 20, here are the resources required for specific characters so you can choose your 20 to do.

This is an overview of the resources required to upgrade all the miners. It is meant to make these achievements for reaching max tier on x miners more easy.

There are a total of 24 miners, so it is not needed to level up each one of them for the final achievement. Personally I'd advise against the ones marked with an ❗ since they require much more of the
