Smaller InfectionHUD

Описание
A modify smaller version of the Alternative InfectionHUD.

I thought the Alternative InfectionHUD UI was a bit too big for me so I spent time learning how to modify the text files so I can make certain adjustment to the HUD. Took a while but i'm happy with what I got now. Not sure if there's any bugs but its working fine so far on my 1440p screen. The only issue I know of so far is that if a player has a long name then it would overlap with the Health Icon/number as seen in one of the images. Thanks to Yuu Sorata for making the Alternative InfectionHUD.
