2) I prefer D-Dog or D-Walker for their scouting capabilities personally. Quiet does have more autonomy though, which can really come in handy.
3) Personal preference. Sneaking Suit makes you harder to hear and harder to kill but appropriate fatigues make you harder to see.
4) Fair. A Fulton'd tank won't cause unexpected issues.
5) The Serval is similarly good (trades some damage for higher RoF), assuming you don't want a tranq rifle. Tranquilizers have their own benefits, though - namely for S-ranks (no kills no alerts) and expanding Mother Base staff.
6) D-Dog can automatically mark the Skulls, making it harder for them to escape or ambush you.
7) True, yeah.
8) Smoke Grenades are hilarious when used correctly.
9) Agreed
10) This takes some time and is predictable, so you can use it to lure enemies into a more exposed position.
11) You can also abuse their blind spots to stay close. Sometimes, they stop for long enough to Fulton.
There's no way to adjust the fov unfortunately, for better spatial awareness use the sonar in the bionic arm because it'll ping all nearby enemies for a minute and keep them in the corners of the screen so you roughly know where they are.
Obviously it's your game so ofc it's up to you but I'd still recommend wearing it because it allows you to infiltrate A LOT easier, you can sneak up right behind enemies without having to slowly creep forwards. A good alternative however is the battle dress, pretty much the opposite of the sneaking suit, you can tank multiple artillery strikes with that suit.
