Alyx TV Static Reskin 'fix'

Beskrivning
Replaces d1_town_05's TV static of Alyx Vance when she speaks to Leon with pure, blank static. This is a 'fix' intended to be used with custom reskins of Alyx that forget to replace this.

if you remove the talking vtf and just keep this mod's idle vtf you get a neat effect where the screen is static but does show alyx only when shes talking

oh this is a pretty good compromise! reminds me how cinematic mod just straight up replaces the tv with a radio
