A guide on how to get all the achievements. I noticed how rare the achievements are, so I thought maybe people need some help with getting them.

Quick info
To preface, you DO NOT need any DLC to 100% the game. At least at the time the guide was written. The DLC does add more race modes, which may speed things up, but it is entirely possible without, which I did as well.

Also, to get all the achievements you need a house level of 120. And you only need one house.

Advice
Fashionist
Fully customize your hamster
At the mirror in the bathroom, equip something from all equipment categories on a single hamster. This does not include the skin so do not worry about having to spend gems.

New hamster on the block
Get a second hamster
At a certain level, you can adopt a second hamster for the price of some seeds.
Full house
Adopt 6 hamsters
If I remember correctly, you need house level 60 to get your 6th hamster.
A day at work
Work for 15 minutes
All the way to the left of the house, you can find four workplaces for the hamsters. The more full their status bars are the longer they can work. The more of a stat they have, the more of the respective item they will get for less work.
Team effort
Have 4 hamsters work simultaneously for 10 minutes continuously
Get your hamsters to max status and make them work all around the same time to get them all working with an overlap of 10 minutes. This needs to be done in one go and cannot be done with, for example, two runs of 5 minutes or anything like that.
Eye of the hamster!
Have a single hamster with 80 stat points
The stat points at gotten by using the equipment training in the gym. The max amount is 80, if you go above and try to train a stat, it will deduct from one or two other stats.
All stars
Have six hamsters with 80 stat points
It can be annoying to get this since stats go down overtime, but just keep going until you get it. It is easiest if this is done once your training equipment at level 3 since it'll train the stats faster than lower level equipment.
Complete team
Have 4 hamsters each with different stat at 40
The four available stats are strength (red), dexterity (green), intelligence (blue), determination (grey).
Growing up
Unlock your first perk
At the HAMSTERS tab, you can find all the available and unlocked perks for each of your hamsters. They are basically all things that, when enabled, the hamster will automatically undertake. For example, auto eating, auto training, auto working, etc. The different perks require different
Fine I'll do it myself
Have a hamster with every perk active
Simply activate all 12 perks on a single hamster. Each perk requires some perk points. You get more as you level your house. Auto-maintenance and auto-working cost 3 points, auto-training 2 points, and the rest 1 point.
Full grown pack
Have 6 hamsters with all perks active
The hardest achievement in my opinion. You need level 120 to have enough points to activate all 6x12 perks. And since your 6th hamster is the newest addition it will have the least progression done towards the perks, e.g. the least perfect actions in the races, the least repairs of the furnitures. So this is the most grindy achievement, it just takes time.

Advice
Fully operational
Upgrade one equipment to level 3
First click the UPGRADES tab and then go to a training machine or furniture and use bolts to level it up.
Maxed out
Have all training and care equipment at level 3 in a single house
Same as above
Lil' hoarder
Fill every object slot in the house
Don't forget to fill all the shelf slots such as these:
Seasoned caretaker
Reach house level 100

You get these yellow experience points from taking care of your hamster, completing races, and certain quests, such as the one below:
Material hamster
Own 200 items
These "items" refer to decoration items in the DECORATIONS tab. You sometimes get some wall stickers or random items (like figurines) from winning races, but you can also just buy them.

Race-related (mini-games)
These are regarding the "races", meaning the mini-games in the RACE tab. You can play them against CPU or random players, it is up to you.

A day at the hamster races
Start your first race
Perfectionist
Achieve perfect result in a race minigame 50 times
In the mini-game wheels, get the best result 50 times. For the different mini-games this means different things. Intelligence ones (maze and eating contest), this means getting the matching picture(s). Getting both counts as two.

For the dexterity ones (maze and skateboard) this means getting in the green or yellow area.

For dilligent ones (maze) also hit in the green circle. And strength (maze) just reach the green once before the timer runs out.
Well done, champ
Win a master level race
Win any of the minigames at master level.

Personally I find the skateboard game the easiest. Make sure the hamster you use has above the minimum required stat points, otherwise the difficulty will increase. For example in the example below my hamster does not have enough 'determination'.

Perfect run
Have a race win streak of 10

Try hard
Play 100 races
-
Marathon
Win 100 races
-
Toughest challenge
Play 50 master level races
-
Iron Hamster
Win 50 master level races
