Oh Fiddlesticks! Lua Error Sound

This is a simple addon that plays the "Oh Fiddlesticks!" sound from Half-Life 2 whenever a Lua Error happened on the client.

To prevent spam, it has a 3 second cooldown between playing the sound in case a addon is creating endless errors.
If you want to disable this spam prevention for ultimate chaos, use in your console.

Chaos mode will have no spam prevention and play the sound regardless of if it's already playing as fast as GMod allows.
It will stay on even if you restart GMod until you toggle it once more, the ultimate Fiddlesticks experience.
