-UoG did you got actual sickness? Or a npc got disease?
I see Noa added a sanity modifier to the code, have no time to investigate today though.
Insanity and paralyze well, were not removed.

may i recommend adding sex doesn't damage characters please and ty? had someone get horny (not from my dream bug i swear >.>) and boink me until they died.
