SCENARIO DESCRIPTION
The local camp, which sits just off the main near Cheyenne, is currently full to bursting with boxcars. This means they cannot get local goods out or in. In Part 1, get CPRR 4-6-0 'Buffalo' ready for service at Cheyenne roundhouse, then proceed out to the camp, collect up the empties and bring them back to Cheyenne for processing.
