Yeah the way I procured it is I went as high as possible on the castle and just used all the special jumps/horizontal movement I was allowed to, to get up that high on the mountain face.

Essentially just full sent going left from the castle. Cheers sir!

I figured it out, I wasn't aware the dash could be used repeatedly midair.

I doubt you'll remember after 4 months, but I can't figure out how to that last power node on the cliff to the left of the castle area - where you're standing when the screenshot was taken.
I can't climb up to it, can't jump horizontally from the castle itself, can't find any secret passages, and can't drop down from the area to the left.

thanks for responding. i was playing on challenging difficulty. i guess it was just to much. i turned it down to normal and beat him on the third try. pretty impressive game! i played until late last night. ive got 30ish power rubies, ice, and dash now. a few upgrades as well. now im struggling to find grappling hook. thanks so much for the help. this is my first time reaching out through the community tab. super cool feature through steam. any other metroidvania hidden gems like this game that you would recommend? thanks again!

Gorat: So I can't remember if it is possible to have a dash when you arrive for Gorat. Also, this battle used to be even more difficult before updates. The first phase can be mapped out quite easily in his patterns, I know the second phase though gets kinda wild. Because he eats so much damage it's worth taking your time and measuring your distance from him with your combo attacks, avoid any accidental hits if possible. Be ready with your healing power, and just spam combo attacks. Save your meter for healing, ranged is not worth it because it does such little damage at this stage of the game.

Hey, so for that Granny knows best puzzle, it's actually quite literal. Granny ACTUALLY knows best.
Go back to the town with the NPCs, by the tent that lets you go underground, the old woman, "Granny," will be muttering about a particular pattern. Use the pattern she speaks of to unlock the way.

I've been trying to figure out the lantern puzzle in the indigo pass - the one with the Granny Always Knows Best sign out front - the other puzzles have their solutions in a nearby room but i havent been able to find a solution nearby

hello. im stuck at fighting the monkey boss gorat. i feel way under powered. ive found 4 power nodes. 3 bars of health. i have fire shot, charge shot, high jump, and combo attack. did i miss something? i feel like i should have some type of dash to beat him. ive retraced all of the areas ive been to, found nothing. my mele and range do very little damage to him. i just feel like i must be missing something. any info/advice would be greatly appreciated. thankyou!
