The first run is the hardest it will ever be
By prestige 2, the game becomes easier
By prestige 5, the game becomes much easier
By prestige 7, the game unshackles itself, and you can finish a run in an hour at most
If you are prestige 8, rush Global Domination > Congrats > Cheat Card
The upgrade for the USA is in Prestige 10
