Introducing Day Number 10, the ’Welek’ - Courier Rover

Intended for shipping small, important parcels quickly and cheaply, the KES-10's design was the result of one executive's fascination with Kolibri's sponsorship of a racing tournament. What was only intended as a marketing gimmick to associate the brand name with speed became a nightmare for Kolibri engineers, who were forced to mangle a featherweight, one-off vehicle meant for a manicured track into a cargo-carrying, mass-produced, offroad Frankenstein. Despite its fraught development, the KES-10 was a success, and its distinctive design helped to propel Kolibri Express to galactic fame.
