For Puzzle Link 2 and the SNK vs Capcom Card Fighters game, I used cheat engine. For Puzzle Link, I set it to half speed once I got to round 9 and 10, as it got really fast.
For Card Fighters, you can trivialize this and complete it in ~20 minutes or less. You're looking for a 2 Bytes address, and take off the last two trailing zeroes of the opponents health. So, if it starts with 1000, you search for 10. There will be two addresses you should find and have to change. They will likely not change for the duration of your session, so add them to your list, set them to 0 once you get done selecting who goes first and the when you END your round, you will win.
