More Starting years

Opis
This allows you to alter the starting year options between year 1970 up to 5000 and you can change the gap between the years in the list by default it is set to 10 like the base game, minimum year by default is set to 1970 and max year default is 2070. The code is super simple and easy and it will be compatible with all saves as it just adds game options. I used to have a mod like this in the past and it no longer works, so I decided to make my own as I had been missing it.

You can alter the defaults under options>mods>More Starting Years! Just note setting an extremely large start date will take time to load as it will simulate every year I tested year 3000 and it took about a minute and a half to simulate it all.

Might be related to Deck then, it's still not without flaws. Just wished I knew what caused the magical auto fix now, they're not very reliable after all. Thanks for your time - and for your mods of course.

What the hell? After another game start both mods suddenly compile successfully, but now they're not shown to be downloaded from Steam, but installed locally all of a sudden. 🥴

Just had a look, the only code mods I'm subscribed to are Random events and SincLib, and they're not even toggled on in game. The rest is data mods.
Is there any way I could share a screenshot of the exception with you via Steam? I'm playing on Deck, so options for that are a bit limited (to my knowledge).

I've tested with the latest uploaded version and it works just fine for me I'm thinking you may have a conflicting mod.

Unfortunately doesn't compile on b1.8.16 for me, appears under Error category in game.
