Honestly the only reason I made this is because I was tired of sifting through several different wikis and websites trying to find this info. At the time they all had very incomplete information.

I believe so. I don't recall running out of space to build projects on any colony, so you should be able to do them all aside from the ones that get locked out as you complete certain others.

Thanks. Got that updated. Looks like some other values have changed as well. I'll definitely have to give the whole thing a look over and get it updated. Was planning on doing that anyway once the new DLC landed, although at the time I was kind of expecting that to happen a little sooner.

I'll add them and note that their effects are unknown at this time. Not sure where exactly the dogmatic one is supposed to go for now other than it's on Vheabos VI. I saw mention of another dogmatic one called Death Cult of the Reaper Emperor on Janus, so I'll add a note for that one as well. I'll update once I find or get more info on them.
