This achievement is to acquire an orb while time is paused WITHOUT attacking it first to remove the rings. To accomplish this, the player just needs to toggle the freeze time effect until the rings around the orb are not overlapping it. Then simply touch it to pick it up.

If you are playing on New Game + and already acquired all the orbs, it may seem impossible to get this achievement. Thankfully that's not the case. While the majority of orbs do not appear again once you have them, the Eye Orb is picked up in every run making it ideal for this achievement.
