Info
The Hits to kill counter heavily depends on the toughness of the victim as well as perks that come into play.

  • 15 Toughness = 100hp (Sonny base)
  • 20 Toughness = 105hp (Connie, Leland base)
  • 25 Toughness = 111hp (Julie base)
  • 30 Toughness = 116hp (Danny, Virginia base)
  • 35 Toughness = 122hp (Ana, Maria, Wyatt base)
  • 40 Toughness = 128hp
  • 45 Toughness = 133hp
  • 50 Toughness = 139hp
Leatherface
Explanation: Significant Damage (Overhead = 87hp, normal hit = 35,8hp, Difference between 47 and 50 Savagery is only 2HP less damage which is nothing, you still kill as fast as with 50 Savagery, but since you got 35 blood harvesting and blood banker you'll be able to feed 151 blood, 2 Kills = Level 3 Grandpa. Scout and Rough Cut make you an absolute dominating force while also being great at feeding grandpa. Otherwise you could also just run Down the Rabbit Hole instead of Blood Banker, though the perk is very clunky.

Hits to kill: 1 Overhead and 1-2 hits or 4-5 normal hits

Execution Times:
  • Gutted Like A Deer: 7,3s
  • Drilling Down: 10,3s
  • Cut and Thrust: 10,8s
  • Bloody Clothesline: 11s
  • Leg Day: 11,8s
  • Neck Trim: 14,8s
  • Face Grinder: 15,4s
  • Slasher: 15,8s
  • Gallows: 18,4s
Cook
Explanation: High Damage (29,4hp per hit), very good Stamina as well as harder locks while having 100 blood. Keep in mind that you're still slow after all even with Scout. You can also go the Universal Donor Path instead of Security Pins if you want a more feeding based Cook.

Hits to kill: 5

Execution Times:
  • Close Encounter: 6,3s
  • Clobbered: 10,2s
  • Easier Said Than Done: 11,2s
  • Lovely Neck: 12,3s
  • Spine Splinter: 13s
  • Stick It To Them: 14,2s
  • Behave Now: 17,2s
Hitchhiker
Explanation: High Damage on yourself (22,4hp), able to carry 100 blood as well as having good stamina. Your traps are also deadly, doing an insane amount of bleed damage (80hp, about 70% of victims hp bar). Otherwise if you rather want more damage on yourself than traps you can go the same build just with Serrated instead of Venom which allows you to deal 27,4hp per hit.

Hits to kill: 7 (normally) 6 w/ Serrated or 1 Venom Trap + 2-4 hits

Execution Times:
  • Close Encounter: 8s
  • Sliced Meat: 10s
  • Die Piggy: 10,8s
  • You Hear Me?: 11s
  • I'll take that: 12,4s
  • Fountain: 13s
  • Chestburster: 15,2s
Johnny
Explanation: High Damage (25hp normally & 30hp w/ Activated) , speedy, High Stamina, able to carry 100 blood and feed, as well as getting a 20% dmg increase whenever you're stunned. Trust me, there's almost no difference between 50 Savagery 50 Endurance and this. I rather be able to feed than be an selfish Anti grandpa Johnny with Vial-Ent but you can also run that. Probably a more wise option to go Vial Ent, especially when you go against victims that rush.

Hits to kill: 6 (normally), 5 (with Activated)

Execution Times:
  • A Sticky End: 9s
  • Close Encounter: 10,5s
  • Knife Party: 11,5s
  • Torn Apart: 11,8s
  • Liver Aloner: 11,8s
  • Beatdown: 15,2s
  • Choke Artist: 16s
Sissy
Pro Tip: You can poison the generator or battery to counterplay wyatts lvl 3 ability as his knives dont go through poison!

Build 1:
Explanation: The Universal great Sissy Build, decent damage (18,6hp per hit), good at feeding as well as not having to worry about stamina thanks to Fired up. You can also switch between Wireframe and Efficient Herbalist if you want to chase more effectively or poison everything you see.

Hits to kill: 8

Build 2:
Explanation: This Build is a bit more tricky, you're very slow only having a temporary "Scout" for 7 seconds after going through a gap or crawlspace. The main focus here is poisoning big areas with linger clouds that stay very long (70 seconds) making you a area control family member. This is hella strong on maps like Family House and Gas Station. Decent Damage, decent stamina.

Hits to kill: 8

Execution Times:
  • Filet: 12,6s
  • Flower Power: 13,2s
  • Hush Child: 14,5s
  • Close Encounter: 14,7s
  • Killing Tease: 15,3s
  • Claws Out: 15,8s
  • Gutted Pig: 17,8s
Nancy
Build 1:
Explanation: Decent damage (18,4hp per hit), decent stamina, able to feed efficiently thanks to Universal Donor while being fast with Scout and having a stamina depletion reduction every time you use your ability. You can also switch out Strong Minded with Dinner Bell, this is great when there's also a Hitch around.

Build 2:
A bit more complicated build. Decent damage and stamina, able to feed, slow though. You'll give victims a poison effect whenever you hit them and you can have more than 3 barbed wires if you're lucky and have the rng gods on your side.

Execution Times:
  • Close Encounter: 10,5s
  • Road Kill: 12,8s
  • Crotch Shot: 12,9s
  • Skull Crusher: 12,9s
  • Gut Wrenching: 13s
  • Dead Meat: 14,5s
Hands
Explanation: High Damage (27,8hp per hit), able to carry 100 Blood as well as nice stamina with Fired Up. You can also stay at 25 stamina and go 50 Savagery. Since they removed Scout from Hands, he is hella slow so you might wanna stay at 30 endurance and fired up. 45 Savagery = 27hp / 50 Savagery = 29hp. Sadly theres not much build variety on him, his skill tree is very bad.

Hits to kill: 5

Execution Times:
  • Close Encounter: 4,5s
  • Nut Cracker: 10,3s
  • Future Food: 10,8s
  • Choke Slam: 18,1s
Bones
Bones best build in my opinion is his feeding build. His lvl 3 ability allows him to get full blood vials very easily. Combine this with Blood Banker and Universal Donor and you're a feeding machine. Together with these stats and serrated you also deal a decent amount of damage (22,6hp per hit) as well as having decent stamina. Being able to carry at least 150 blood is the best choice here. Playing this build with a bubba thats runs the build listed in this guide, you will be maxing out grandpa in less than a few minutes.

Execution Times:
  • Straight To The Jugular: 10,8s
  • Last Surprise: 12s

I could do smth like that, though I'm not going to say that the builds in there are the best options. You could play literally anything on victim side and still be fine.

Could you do a similarly excellent guide on all victims? Very interested in your opinion.
Raven†  [author] 6 Mar @ 8:13am
No theres no tactics involved. Its a poorly designed gameplay aspect that just needs button mashing. Victims health still kinda plays a role in grappling but thats it. Just spam the key
Rocky 6 Mar @ 8:10am
How do you end up winning now? Do you just push as fast as possible or is there any tactics?
Raven†  [author] 6 Mar @ 5:02am
Grapples are bugged and unreliable since the latest patch, some Family members have their wrong grapple strengths applied. There's also a limit on how fast you can tap your button now, this was made by the devs to counter macros that are used in grapples.
Rocky 6 Mar @ 4:25am
Can you elaborate on how to properly win fights after the patch? Because I still don't get it. I don't need to press very fast like before, but then how?
