Holding down the left mouse button on it allows moving it around the screen.
Holding down the left mouse button + mouse wheel allows resizing it depending on the direction of rotation.
To move between monitors, use the key combination **Win + Shift + ← or →**.
Other than that, it has no additional functions. When hovering over it, the active window changes, and if the cursor in a game is not locked to the center of the screen, it can be very distracting due to accidental clicks.
At the bottom right, it appears as an icon in the system tray, and with a right-click, you can turn it off.
