Silent Fear fixes

Mô tả
Fixes various issues:
• the door on non-default tickrates
(which leads to one of the glyphs and does not open completely);
• hidden HUD and hands after the intro cutscene with non-default player's FOV;
• some flaws with navigation here and there
(yes, there are more flaws. For example ladders, wich bots cannot use, but I did not touch this. Maybe next time).

Notice:
• this add-on does not include the campaign itself — just the .nav and .lmp files;
• this add-on is needed for locally hosted or dedicated servers only.

It has white/green night sight dots. I am using another color now.

I think the final boss might still be a problem. I have seen people complain about him. Although playing only with two players we were able to defeat him in 10-15 seconds just by shooting at his eye. Maybe it's not clear that you need to shoot the crystals when he starts using his special attack. I don't know if I should do anything with it (instructor hints, lower HP…)

I was literally about to play this campaing, now that I read the mess that have the map itself then, this is a good chance to play it with the fixes. Also, what is that pistol mod on the images?
