On this play through I used the Neuromods to Upgrade the Alien Abilities only, no Human abilities where upgraded.
I Killed all Humans I encountered on this play through.
At the End of the game I escaped in a Pod back to earth and when Alex asked what I wanted to do I selected Kill them All!
