Step 1 Navigate to your Nuclear Nightmare install location and its "Movies" sub-folder eg:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Nuclear Nightmare\NuclearNightmare\Content\Movies

Step 2 Delete or rename the following files:

IntroVideo.mp4 IntroVideoOfficial.mp4

As simple as it gets.

Only doing this until the logo's volume is fixed. Not sure why, but it is always loud and always cackling.
