Dude the Acrid ROR2 and Acrid ROR:returns thing is so funny.

Extra weird if you consider how Acrid is the ONLY cannon character to have been in both One and two.
This is because Mercenary, Huntress, all the others - are just different guys. Where as Acrid was captured and held in a Void Cell, until being released by the new gang.
