Months after the successful Siege of Basilo’s capital Almezure, Viridian authorities established full control with the execution of Basilo’s Leaders and the exile of its surviving members. Despite this, Basilan partisans have begun to spring up and attack Viridian Military Elements currently occupying Basilo while they establish complete control. Viridian Intelligence has determined that these coordinated Basilan Insurgency groups are linked to a network of ex-military officials working in secret to bring Basilo back following its defeat. Further efforts have discerned their whereabouts to be near the city of Roccosve, a culturally significant one that was held ransom a year ago following a series border skirmishes between Viridia and Basilo. You have been tasked with commanding the Viridian Ground Forces in an effort to suppress the heart of the Basilan Insurrection efforts.
