This is fast and easy way, to upgrade your "Resident Evil 6" from ver.1.0.0 to ver.1.0.6, or downgrade, from the newest version.

All you need to do, is to download the patch, from the link I will provide, under the guide, then unzip the contents, as shown in the images, bellow. Make sure to make a backup of the original game files first, in case you reconsider to bring back the previous version.

Try to launch the game, from the Steam shortcut, on the Desktop, not directrlly from the executable in the game folder. If that doesnt help, put this patch in the gamie folder, it will solve the problem: https://sharemods.com/hd90utbwac5m/Model_Swap_Patch___Ultimate_Shader_Pack_combined.rar.html

When i open the game, he crashes and show me this message of error:

"Failed open File, C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\Steamapps\comon\Resident Evil 6\nativePC\system\AppShaderPackage.mfx3"

You must launch the game directly from the Stewam app, not the game folder.

Its doing the same thing it always does whenever I try to downgrade. It gives me an error saying "failed to initialize Steam" whenever I try to launch. I have no mods installed.

This is meant for the people who, are using a lot of mods, 1.0.6 is the most unproblematic and compatible version and works great with "Fluffy modmanager". Unlike the other version.
