Worked for me too. Crazy Cone has been patched, and for me, the Fire Truck in the mansion didnt work. I was interested in how you did it, i was doing two sparrows in the garage with a van as buffer and blowing them up with a tank, worked awful and i quit. Four Mavericks and a minigun worked a lot better. This must have taken a long time to do at 120 points at a rip. Thanks :).

Worked like a charm, thank you very much for your save file!
I successfully messed up "Cone Crazy" glitch and spend about an hour doing "Brown Thunder" to earn only 12k of rating which landed me on 50k.
