Installation Process


1.
Locate the Workshop Content

- Navigate to the following folder on your computer:
`SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\220\.........`

2.
Install GCFScape

- Download and install GCFScape [gamebanana.com]
This tool is needed to open the `workshop_dir` file.

3.
Extract the File


- Use GCFScape to open the `workshop_dir` file located in the folder above.
- Extract the file inside to convert it to a `.bik` format.

4.
Replace the Valve Intro Video

- Locate the original Valve intro file on your computer:
`SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Half-Life 2\hl2_complete\media\valve.bik`
- Replace the original `valve.bik` file with the new `.bik` file you extracted.
