2. Type in console cc_lang english

For some people, the subtitles just didn't show up at all. That's the solution in case if turning them on in options didn't work

the picture is the begining of the game
and also you dont need this all you need to do is not use console just go into the game options menu and go into other then turn on subtitles and its automaticly set to english
