Load into a match as The Houndmaster and make sure to bring Snug with you

Once you have arrived with Snug and you are ready make sure the chase command is selected. Then stand still and hold M2 for a small amount of the bar but make sure to let go before the command is completed. Upon following carefully you should get a prompt with the space button to pet the dog.
