Description
Localized startup loading texture fix for Traditional Chinese language

WARNING: Only works when you switch between the Half-Life 2, Lost Coast (from EXTRAS), Episodes: One and Two menus - because the workshop loads after the main menu of the game appears!

Replaces the English startup inscription on the loading texture in the lower right corner with the Traditional Chinese localization.
