Artisan Loaf Recipe

Description
A simple mod for add a Recipe of Artisan Loaf, a permanent booster item that permanently increases the range that the player can access crafting stations by 4 tiles in all directions.

Recipe: Hay x10 , near work bench.

This item truly nice, but the original way of getting Artisan Loaf is purchased from the Skeleton Merchant for 10 Gold during a Waning Crescent, New Moon, or Waxing Crescent. It was too horrible for me, randomly spawn NPC, and only during specific moon phases? Just for get a item to increases the range of access crafting stations? What hell?
