Description
Localized startup loading texture fix for German language

WARNING: Only works when you switch between the Half-Life 2, Lost Coast (from EXTRAS), Episodes: One and Two menus - because the workshop loads after the main menu of the game appears!

Replaces the English startup inscription on the loading texture in the lower right corner with the German localization.
