This is more of a passion project that I created to figure out how the Ficsonium Fuel Rod production chain would look like.
So all your numbers are correct.
My point is that this power setup is too complex to build and don't even use single impure uranium node, but instead consume lots of SAM ore.
Just Uranium setup with sinking plutonium fuel rods can give more energy, don't produce waste, much easy to build, and what is most important for me - uranium power plant is less radioactive.
The one i build back at update 5 allows to walk inside without suit, as it's has 25%-50% radiation level only in some areas. It operates 35 uranium power plants at 100%.
25 Uranium -> 0.6 Uranium Fuel Rod and that's fuel for 3x100% Nuclear Power Plants
3x100% Nuclear Power plants produce 30 Uranium Waste so you need 30 more Uranium to recycle that waste in the Blender.
So basically for every 300% of Nuclear Power Plants working on Uranium Fuel Rods you need 55 (25+30) Uranium.
In my guide I have 3 Nuclear Power Plants working on Uranium Fuel Rods at 150% speed so I need 55x1.5=82.5 Uranium per minute and that's exactly the number I use so everything checks.
P.S. Also if you speak Russian send me a PM because I can hardly understand what you are trying to tell me)
I have inpure uranim node (on top of the mountain) with 300 uranium max production.
Fully on uranim you can operate 36 power units (25 uranim per 3 power unit) - and eleminate all waste. Just load my game and check - that's the numbers working right now.
By following this guide my number of power units drop by half to 20 power units. Because 30 uranium (3 uranium power units) is wasted to produce plutonium wich is not enought to operate 1 power unit. Conversion ratio from my operational power plant is -3 uranium power units (25 uranium input) to get 0.8 plutonium power unit.
And this ficsonium fuel rod is complete joke. You wasted 1+0,7+0,7 GW only on particle accelerators and quantum encoders just to produce 1 unit. So you spend more energy, than you get.
Numbers of get and lost don't mach for me.
Maybe i miscalculate something?

Your guide is VERY well made, high-quality guide here. As Sandpuppy already said earlier and better than me. I like these outwritten guides just more than youtube videos, and your clear screenshots are the sugar on top. Thank you for the huge effort!
I saw the one setup you are referring to from the tipps-site, was inspired to set it up myself when learning by it that a "no-waste" setup is possible.
ANd now I see that there is a way to be even more efficient!!!
Maybe later I will try to enlarge my Cycle 1 setup (I am at THAT stage) up to Ficsonium. One downside of my setup is, that I until now did never use alt recipes. Just wanted to do it with the given recipes. I still have unlocked a bunch of them already, but will have to check if I have the necessary ones.
It is good to know that there is an excellent guide now in my favourites in case I become megalomaniac. Thanks again!
As to tweaking and balancing - for me the most time consuming part of the project was to set up the production of all the required parts, the infrastructure around it and then identifying and fixing all the problems. I spent at least twice as much time on it than on the Nuclear part. So I can totally see this being a bit of a problem).
Anyway, I built this, but on a 40x55 platform. Still had plenty of room, and even with bringing in 9 drone stations, I only ended up using 70% of the space. I had some mistakes - underestimated copper income by quite a bit, had one machine hooked up to the wrong resource for a while, and had the usual piping/belting glitches that need redoing. Took hours of tweaking to get the balance right and keep waste logjams cleared, and it still isn't 100%, but it's stable enough that I'll probably just leave it alone, as I'm going through rad filters like candy working on it.
