The Space War over Mars

Hello, welcome back to The End of Humanity, part 1. Now USA and Russia are fighting on Mars! Partial credit goes to Bamcat for the creation of the environment of Mars.

How it happened: The year is 2064 the Moon War is over. (Doesn't matter who won or lost you get to choose) Now both countries decided to start colonizing Mars. This time both countries decided to build military bases and other large amounts of infrastructure and its done in 2066. Although the USA still doesn't want another space war but they know it's coming and there prepared for it. In 2067 Russia finally decided to declare another space war on the USA in hopes of gaining more resources.

How each country's powers are doing:
Russia: A supermassive meteor hit the supersoldier production facility, destroying all the factories, and killing all the supersoldiers. Can Russia win without the supersoldiers?
USA:Technolgy Production is going great, now every army has about 3/4 of there soldiers with Laser Blasters and the 1/4 with M4A1s.
