We made a nice loop around (and inside) both warehouses, collecting everything valuable with minimal backtracking. Along the way, we knocked twenty-five NPCs unconscious. For many of them, this will be the longest nap they have had in weeks or months, so, if you think about it, it's kind of like we're doing them a favor, right?

We avoided much of the  Building A interior, instead opening each bay door one by one using the booths outside. We checked the map to get the codes several times, which is a handy time-saver - especially if one is busy remembering a detailed plan for recording gameplay and can't hold on to four numbers for longer than two seconds. The apothecary shop contains no valuable loot, only gear, so we skipped that bay.

In Building B, we saw one of the so-called Mechanical Eyes for the first time - will be seeing much more of these in the future. In case you don't know, they have a blind spot directly below them. Later, when the switch to turn them off is much less conveniently located, or just plain doesn't exist, we will make extensive use of this blind spot.

Exercise caution: There are spiders in this video during the segments titled 'Boarding the Ship' and 'Meet Myne's mystery meat'. The spiders are not on screen at any time outside of these chapters.

Please note that the in-game subtitles do include somewhat frequent transcription errors, and should be read with caution.

Full disclosure: This is an edited compilation that includes quite a few quick-saves and quick-loads. The editing is meant to be relatively seamless, but not intended to be deceptive. We make no secret of the fact that many, many, many quick-loads were used in the making of this video.

The gamma (brightness) is set quite high so that you, the viewer, are better able to view the game. One small wrinkle: by default the game has keyboard shortcuts for raising and lowering the gamma setting. These were not disabled, and we did bump the keys a few times during gameplay, so you may occasionally notice a slight variation in the gamma setting throughout the video. We regret the oversight.

Very Important Final Note: Much gratitude to the community for creating and maintaining the Thief II loot maps found in "The Keeper's Chapel", without which this recording would not have been possible.
