Hakos Baelz Metro Cops

Hakos Baelz from Hololive has joined the Civil Protection and she doesn't want you getting out of City 17!

This is my first ever model mod, in the past I have only done simple texture or sound edits which is a lot different than this so there might be some jank to it. This only covers the metro cops so the combine units you see in City 17 (in base game not Episode 1)
Known Issues:
- Her lips don't move, (sometimes on a rare occasion they will) not sure if this is because the Combine soldiers don't normally have moving lips or if I goofed up some where when porting this.
- Sometimes she will stand a bit wide but its barely noticeable or at least to me again I just think thats because her model is much different than the Combines but I don't really know >.<
- If you find anything else please let me know and I will attempt to address it or list it
